This project required extensive low-voltage lighting controls and Audio Video Systems. We were contracted to work with a separate Audio Video Contractor who would provide the light fixtures. After checking the Audio Video Contractor's proposal, we shopped for fixtures on our own. We proposed to the owner that we provide the fixtures at a cost of $20,000.00 less than the Audio Video Contractor Price. In December of 2007, Good News Electric was contracted to install upgraded light poles and fixtures on the vehicle lot.
