Called left msg. A couple days later contacted me about scheduling. They had to review schedules and promised to call back next day. 4 weeks + and never received call back! Thought I would use local since they were located less than a mile from my home. Never again.

We had a mess of an electrical panel in the house we bought earlier this year. Ott was quick to get us a quote and scheduled the repairs shortly after. Very nice work. I have been looking for an electrician for a while to help me out with some issues in my house built in 1950. April in the office was so nice with scheduling. The two electricians that came out were courteous, thorough, and helpful. I have dealt with so many contractors over the past year and they outperformed above so many others. They resolved my issue and it's nice to have a working kitchen again. I'll be using Ott again for other electrical repairs coming up. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I hired Ott to replace the old electric service panel in my house that was rusty and becoming a safety hazard. They came and replaced the old, put in all new circuit breakers, and did it all in less than a day. All very neatly done, and I would definitely recommend.

Called a few places in the area to have entire main floor re-wired from un-grounded outlets to new 3 pronged, grounded outlets. Brian came out and quoted us a very fair and reasonable price. When the day came, I was impressed when I came home, and saw that they had little footie covers on their boots, and a drop cloth on the floor to prevent dirt/dust from being tracked onto the carpet.

When the service was complete, all the details were communicated thoroughly, and to my surprise, they vacuumed up their mess in every room of the house. I couldn't tell that there were people in the house working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

I have used Ott on multiple occasions. You are able to schedule an appointment very quickly and they are always on time. They have great service, and very caring employees who take the time to thoroughly explain the problem to you as well as your repair options. I highly recommend!
