I met Justin at the store today and was only going in to ask to borrow some air for my tyres. He and the team was super friendly, also informative on cycle to work schemes which was useful information. Overall a pleasant experience and sure anyone who walks in will have a good experience from people who know their stuff!

We went in to check out e-bikes after a disappointing experience with one ordered online. Nothing beats testing out a bike in person, helped by someone as knowledgeable and kind as Nick. Everyone at the shop we met was great, but Nick in particular helped us choose with patience, care, and all the information we needed. Fantastic service, fun experience.

Been there twice to repair my bicycle, always great customer service, do what they say they will do, do it when they say they will do it, and do so at a reasonable price. The last time I took my bike in, the repair needed was pretty small and they didn't charge anything. Has become my go to place for bike repairs, will be back again I'm sure.

I went to buy new bike and I was expected long, exhausting shopping. However, guys help me in no time, they sorted paper work and in less than a hour I walked out with new bicycle happy. They offed me test ride which helped me to decide which bike I want. I highly recommend this shop if you want to buy new electric bike for yourself or as a present.

The only reason I am giving any stars is because the job was completed. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed reluctant to help or support with any queries. I went in for a simple inner tube change and called prior to my arrival. When I arrived at the store with my scooter, the staff simply stared at me.
I had to approach them and ask how much it would cost to replace the inner tubes. They seemed reluctant to respond and went as far as suggesting that they did not have any in stock, I notified them of my phone call prior to my visit. They then confirmed that they had the inner tubes in stock and I had to ask them 3 more times about the price before leaving the scooter to get repaired.
On collection, all 4 staff members were huddled in the back of the store and I received the same friendly welcome - NOT. I approached the till and one of the staff members slowly got up to bring the scooter over. He told me the cost of the job and I took out my phone to pay. He held my scooter in a tight grip throughout the whole transaction and loosened it once the payment went through.
The value of my scooter is significantly higher than anything they stocked in the store and I didn't appreciate them holding it hostage when I am a paying customer. Pure Electrics need to either retrain or replace the staff members in the Shoreditch store. All customers should be treated with good customer service regardless of their race, gender or creed.
I chose to use Pure Electrics as I assumed that they are a credible company that would have enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff members, if I had an inkling of the service that would receive, I would have chosen to go to the local scooter shop on Whitechapel Road, who have always treated me with kindness and enthusiasm.

A great find, Gregg from Pure Electric fully supported me in my new purchase, we spent some time talking options and test riding, they were super helpful in making adjustments to the bike and fitting my accessories. I feel safe in the knowledge that I'll be able to take my bicycle back to Pure Electric for any services or issues that I may encounter. I'm recommending them to everyone!
