Our three Xantrex Authorized Service Center (ASC) locations provide Factory Pre-authorized warranty service, and out-of-warranty service, for Xantrex Power Inverter Products. My experience with them was horrible. Many times they said they would call me back or that they would provide me information and they didn't. Their worst crime however was charging me $110/hour (electrician's rate) to wait on hold with Solar Edge for 2 hours and 45 minutes to see if the equipment that failed was under warranty or not! Of course I didn't know I was paying for an electrician to be playing on his phone or working on other customer's projects while on hold with Solar Edge until I received the bill from Mark Snyder Electric.
In fact, when I spoke with Mark he told me they were NOT waiting on hold but waiting for Solar Edge to call them back. So why am I paying for THAT?!?!? This place is a total rip off and do not fall for them the way I did.

At about midnight on Christmas Eve our property management firm was looking for an after-hours electrician after exhausting our current list of vendors. Mark Snyder promptly replied, set an appointment for Christmas morning, arrived on time, was professional and courteous to our tenant, provided photos of the repair, and followed up with a detailed invoice at a very reasonable cost. For a property manager, it doesn't get much better than that!

I just had my electrical panel replaced in my condo. Start to finish they were extremely professional. They provided a reasonable and detailed quote, they completed the work on time and did everything they promised. The final bill came under the quoted amount. I have no complaints, if I ever need electrical work again I will definitely call them first.

I'm a snowbirder from Washington State. I left home on 5 January 2020 and started having problems with the charging system in my fairly new rv. By the time I got to Long Beach, Ca I was tired of troubleshooting the problem. A rv repairman told be the inverter was bad and needed fixing or replacing. He recommended Mark Synder Electric who was about 100 miles south of me.
I called him up and he told me have it there by 10 and he handle it. When I got there Juan took the inverter out and His daughter Holly had it on the bench within no time to verified the inverter was bad. A new one was ordered expeditiously and installed in a timely manner and all back to normal. These people are refreshingly professional and explained and talked to me and showed me the problem and cause and just a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Mark, Holly and Juan for an outstanding job well done!

Mark's shop is very thorough. His crew does really good work. I liked working with Dave. These guys got me in and out in the same day. That's not an easy task for an RV crew. These guys chased a ghost out of my rv. The flickering lights and a/c units have stopped. Mark even put his name and personal guarantee behind his crews work. What more could you ask for?

I was having charging issues with my inverter in my motor home and convinced a new inverter was needed. I was given Mark's number by Ashley at Murrieta RV Repair in Temecula. I contacted Mark and explaned the symptoms. Without requiring payment for advice, Mark advised me of what was needed and on the phone, walked me through the reprogramming process of the charging system.
Mark patiently repeated each step as needed. With his expertise and friendly demeanor, Mark saved me about $1000 and a lot of stress and I didn't need a new inverter. I would recommend Snyder Electric to anyone. Mark is top notch in my book.
