Gault Electric

The fan on my ac unit stopped working a few days ago. I contacted Gault immediately. They were able to get a Technician out to me quickly to diagnose the issue. I need two parts replaced. One of the parts he had on hand but the other he needed to find from a distributor. I was told to expect a call the following morning with an update. That's exactly what happened.

I was contacted the next morning, informed that the part was found and could be installed later in the afternoon. Dale Mancil was the individual I worked with. He was very friendly, very informative and a pleasure to work with as was the scheduler that contacted me with the update. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and would refer them to anyone.

James and Daniel came out to repair an issue with our waterfall as well as several other electrical items that needed to be addressed. All issues were resolved and they both were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very impressed with the service and highly recommend Gault electric. We have them scheduled to help with several other items in the future. Great job and thank you so much.

The office team and electrician team were fabulous! Rhonda helped get me on the schedule quickly to replace my stove outlet before my family arrived from out of town. James and Josh arrived on time and quickly got to work. James found an outlet hazard and notified me so I could have the option of including the repair while he was there. Definitely recommend this business if your need quality electrical repair or service.

Two Gault electricians, Daniel and Alex, came to my home to repair the front doorbell. It was not operating due to the incompetence of a previous repair man. The work required them to locate a transformer necessary to operate the doorbell. This took some time but the part was finally located and in good time the repair was completed. Then I also asked if they could just let me know what light bulb I would need to replace one in my kitchen ceiling light fixture.

They recommended that I use a different bulb that would last a lifetime and I agreed. They then went to purchase the new bulb and came back and installed it. The replacement is now much brighter than before and am very happy. Throughout their time in my home they were very professional, explained what all they were doing and made sure everything was neat and tidy before they left. I highly recommend this company and these two men for their outstanding work.

The service team was very professional. They communicated well their lunch break, issues/complications that arose and how they would resolve them, and how to set the unit. In addition, they placed items back appropriately and cleaned the work area. I would definitely use Gault Electric again and has recommended this company to my neighbors.

The guys from Gault Electric did a very good job in relocating the gas line from the location it was to the outside of my home. They were professional and delivered a nice and clean work in a very short period of time. The work was very nice and neat. In spite of the weather they worked through the rain in getting the work done. They were very safe and courteous, they really took pride in the work that they did. I would definitely recommend them, if you need some work like this to be done.

This is the second time I have had Gault electric come to install ceiling lighting. After the first installation which was perfect, I will only use this company for our electrical needs. The electricians Daniel and Alex were professional and knowledgeable explaining things to us. To no fault of theirs, the chandelier I ordered is going to need adjustment. I look forward to their return.

We used Gault this week for relocation of major appliance outlets, and the addition of some. Jessica and Patrick were awesome. They also installed numerous kitchen spotlights, perfectly measured and located. Jessica and Patrick were amazing! Prompt, efficient, affordable electric services. The planets must have aligned. Jessica made my elderly Mom's condo a safe place to be and even found an issue that could have been a hazard that she repaired quickly and safety. Thank you Jessica! 2nd time hiring Gault Electric and another 5 star quality service. Robert and Pat installed new lighting with precision and care and installed dimmer switches. Kitchen looks amazing. Where do I even begin with Gault Electric! I found Gault Electric through a recommendation by a Contractor. I called for a free estimate for HVAC unit replacement and decided to move forward. On the day of installation appointment, 2 friendly Technicians, Dale & Tim, gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival and showed up on time. They both came with masks & booties and introduced themselves. Dale & Tim explained the process of installation and began working right away.

After few hours, a whole new HVAC system was installed and tested for proper function! They also left the hallway spotless and clean. I was so impressed with their professionalism and respect towards my home. Overall, I had an awesome experience with them, I couldn't wait to write a review on Gault Electric! I'm definitely referring business and will be choosing them for all my future electric/HVAC needs! Thank you guys again for a pleasant experience from beginning to end!

I had a complete heating and air conditioning system replaced. All went well until I started getting water pooling around the base is the furnace. It took several calls and home trips before someone finally had it fixed. It was a defective Heat Riser and once replaced, we now may enjoy the replaced addition with no pooling water.

I needed new outlets for my EV & RV. The team came out and over two days they replaced my small breaker box with a new one that has plenty of room for future expansion, run cables for a 50 amp outlet for the EV and a 100 amp line for the RV panel. They did a great job. Good, solid installation. Minimal disruption to our household. Everything was carefully cleaned up when they finished. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Chris and Robert came to me house to install new bathroom light fixtures. They were professional. They removed the old light fixtures and left the bathroom clean. I was very satisfied with the work and I am a repeat customer because I trust this company.

Gault Electric did a terrific job installing recessed lighting over our new kitchen counters and under the cabinets. It was a tedious job that required hours of fishing the lines through the walls and rewiring the sockets as well. They covered all the new counters to avoid any damage, and they worked solid for two days. Couldn't be happier. Hats off to Robert and Chris for their excellent work. Capt. Bill

Gault installed a generator for us last month and did a tremendous job. The manufacturer was delayed in production so the unit arrived later than anticipated but thats the world we live in at the moment. The crew that arrived was friendly, professional, and did a terrific job. We are also having them install a new outside outlet for as as well based on their pervious work performed. Would highly recommend.

We have been dealing with Brett regarding a Generac whole home generator install. We were advised a November install date which did not happen. Not a big deal it is a crazy time. What we have issue with is the failure to return our phone calls and the appointment set lady (JULIE?) who was rude nasty and unprofessional. For the amount of money we are spending common courtesy is a must. We have chosen to go elsewhere and would never recommend this company.

Tristan provides horrible service. He was to install a microwave for me, the previous one was hardwired into the wall. He said he couldn't do it and left my home with my new and my old appliances and left a live wire hanging out of the wall. Well, he left my circuit breaker off that supplies my refrigerator which needs to be on, but with it on. I have a live wire! I do not recommend

I had a need for an electrician, and after asking around I called Gault. They were able to respond to my call in a timely manner, they called while en route to my house, and arrived well within the time window. The electrician and helper were very nice and helpful aside from explaining what the problem was and resolving it quickly. The price was fair and I was very satisfied with the work. Overall I am very pleased and would hire them again for my next electrical need.

Paul from Gault Electric came out on a home warranty call on my jetted hot tub this week. He was the second electrician to come out and two plumbers had been dispatched as well. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and then called the problem in to my home warranty company while still at my home so that I would know what they knew. Paul was professional, helpful, and courteous.

We received excellent service from Robert with Gault Electric and would recommend this company. We called because our attic fan wasn't working. Robert showed up during the projected time and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. He was friendly while still using his time efficiently. Our attic fan is now working well in this summer heat.

I would highly recommend Gault Electric. I called for a home generator problem (generac17kw) and they came out when scheduled and on time and with a prior call to let me know he was on the way. The technician diagnosed the problems quickly and the office arranged a quote for parts and labor. We are now on their schedule for maintenance. As a fellow contractor of a different trade I highly recommend Gault to our customers and anyone else in the need of electrical services.

Gault Electric is over-priced for the work they pretend to do. they uses stall tactics to get the 1 hour $125.00 service charge. my generator problem was diagnosed and fixed within 15 min on their visit, and was a result of what they supposed to have fixed on their last visit. this was very unprofessional to charge a customer for the mistake that they made on a previous visit.

I am very unsatisfied with this company, and will be looking for someone else to service my generator. On top of all said above, they charge you a $5.00 gas surcharge. WHAT A RIP-OFF!

Gault Electric broke our new outdoor light on July 29, 2016 and promised to replace it right away. We have called them at least 6 times now and we get the same excuse. "The part was back ordered, or the part was shipped and lost or the part needs to be picked up at UPS". The light was broken by Gault Electric on July 29, 2016 and it is now September 5, 2016 and, it is STILL broken!

Best contractor we have ever worked with, we had a standby generator installed and they did it in two days, took care of all warranty paperwork with generac and permits with the county, we could not be more pleased with the work and job they did, these guys are fully accredited with the generator manufacturers and have a full time crew that just takes care of the 3000 and some generators they service in this area, thanks for a job well done guys!
