They installed and service the 20KW generator at our house. I was surprised that they use a cheap aftermarket oil filter instead of thr OEM Kohler one. I guess most of their customer's don't ever look under the enclosure. My Son pointed it out to me.

As a small business owner, it is was so nice to have a company provide excellent service in a time of need. Very responsive to appointment request, arrived on time, works was done in professional manner and efficiently so I was able to open on time! Thank you Hathaway Power!

Lost power during the day after Isaias blew through here. Hathaway was out earlier in 2020 for yearly maintenance on our Generac. Today it did not come on and called them. They came out a few hours later and had us up and running. Annual maintenance can't cover all contingencies but quick visit for repair is Great!. Thank you very much!

Customer beware. Overpriced, took 3 months of prodding and rework on minor jobs. Covid is no excuse for unqualified employees. If you can't perform to your quoted job, don't submit a bid. The response provided below by Hathaway was not accurate. After being told the product was back ordered and very expensive, I found the item at Lowe's and provided the info to Hathaway.

This was the item installed in my home. This morning, 10/2/2020, during an annual York County Fire Station inspection of my smoke detectors the fire inspector looked at the smoke detectors and determined Hathaway had used a smoke detector connection to complete one of the "jobs" contracted for recently. It must be rewired because it should never have been used for the outlet.

When the light is turned off, it disables all the smoke detectors in my home. This is the type of incompetence that was used for this relatively minor service.theycharged me over $1,000 for.

The other day our generator went on and there was no apparent reason for it. We called Hathaway and they offered a solution to try which indicated that the generator was indeed on for a reason. They came out immediately and assessed the problem. The electric line going from the street to our house was compromised and our 220 volt appliances had shut down to minimize electrical input to the house. The electric company was called and very promptly resolved our situation. We so appreciated the responsiveness of the team at Hathaway and strongly recommend them.

They came to my house today to run power and HDMI to my wall mounted tv. Not only did they get me the cord so I didn't have to run out with my 3 little kids but they also made it so the cords wouldn't get smashed behind the wall mount. They were supper polite, cleaned up, and set my looking room up even hung my TV! I'm so impressed and will be calling for more projects soon!

Amy and her team are our Go-To electrical experts for both of our businesses and our home. We just switched both of our stores to LED lighting and Hathaway to do the job. Hathaway's Team was prompt, responsive and left the place better than when they started the work. Our stores are now more energy efficient, better lit and present a better work environment for our team and our clients. Lastly, the cost of the work was lower than anticipated. The whole experience from the first phone communication until final county inspection was great. Hathaway did all of the coordination with the gas company and the JCC electrical and gas inspectors. Truly a turn key installation. They started sharp at 7:30 AM and finished complete installation by 1:30 PM. I am an Engineer by trade and I follow folks around when they are working on my house. I couldn't be happier with the installation. Two days after final inspection we lost power for a short period. The generator and transfer system worked flawlessly.

Have used this quality company for home electric needs. Just installed a whole house generator. Great job from start to finish! Came out, met with me and discussed options. Job took one day. Two days later we had a brief power outage. Worked like a charm. Good people!

Hathaway Power Is fast, professional and friendly. We needed a solution to hot water issue that another contractor has left unfixed. We called Hathaway Power and Mr. Hathaway showed up the same morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We can't thank them enough!
