Cisco's reputation for excellence was borne out in every way during my project. I faced the challenge of a significant project (new service panel) while living 800 miles away from the family property. I could not meet with Cisco in person, but because of their professionalism and precise communication, the project went off without a hitch. At every step, Cisco's professionalism reassured me that the job would be done to the highest standard.

At the scheduled install date Seattle was hit with a historic snowfall, making travel hazardous for several days. But Cisco communicated so well that I was able to keep the tenants informed as circumstances changed, and the project went off without a hitch. The office staff also accommodated my request to use a sales tax exemption certificate for a car charger circuit. I appreciate that Cisco attended to even this small detail.

Noel and Brittany from CiscoElectric did a wonderful job to put our microwave on its own line. Cisco Electric is great. They did a major, all house rewire to remove outdated and increasingly dangerous knob and tube wiring. Frankie was professional and prompt with his detailed quote, and his project lead, Noel, was outstanding. Noel's ability to sneak wire into walls with a minimum of holes is extraordinary. The rest of the crew did excellent work too.

They communicated well amongst each other and with me, always diligently handling all of the little things that inevitably come up. I am extremely happy with their great work and highly recommend Cisco Electric.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Last week, a whole line of outlets just stopped working. Jean Michel from Cisco made a stop here before his workday started. He arrived as scheduled, astutely diagnosed a tricky problem, and made the fix. Lights back on! Jean Michel explained everything and was very pleasant to work with. These are the folks I will call for any electrical needs and who I highly recommend.

We had an issue with some newly installed hardware in our house that caused our circuit connected to our furnace to trip continually. Frankie (owner of Cisco) heard our problem (no furnace in the winter!) and came himself right away as he didn't have anyone else free right at that moment. He figured out the problem and a reasonable and efficient solution quickly so that we were up and running again with heat.

I was very grateful for him coming through in a pinch like that. We have additional work to be done and we definitely plan to use Cisco for it! Update: we had the additional work done and are still just as happy with our experience with Cisco Electric.

Noel was great! We thought we were going to have to replace a ceiling fan. He helped repair our old one but the real reason it was not working was a hidden switch upstairs that got turned off when we had our house painted. He helped us figure that out. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Cisco Electric.

I am hesitant to write a review because I think this company is a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself. After being frustrated by several electricians lack of availability, pricing, and overall customer service, I finally put my project out on a website that connects you with electricians. Cisco Electric contacted me within an hour of my request. Frankie couldn't get out for an in-home estimate for weeks so he took a lot of time on the phone listening to project details, answering questions, and providing information due to my rushed timeline.

He spent even more time via email answering more questions. Within a week, Nick came out to my home and completed the project. He was personable, pleasant to have around, & talked through what he was doing so I understood. There was one small problem afterwards and Nick came back out the very next morning to fix it. I am pleased to have been connected with Frankie and his team. I received exceptional customer service and was able to get scheduled fast.all for an affordable price! I would use them again for future projects.

Best experience ever! Frankie came out on one of the awful SNOW DAYS to make sure I got my knob-and-tube work done before the attic insulators. He had to park two blocks away, going back and forth, uphill and downhill in the slush, to get all his tools and materials. Worked hard for hours and hours, and fixed a few incidental electrical problems along the way. Super nice person, always cheerful and patient. Explained everything. Very honest. Hope to have Cisco Electric back soon for some work in the breaker panel. A++

Frankie was recommended to us through a trusted friend (general contractor) several years ago to work on our West Seattle brick house that had outdated wiring. We have chipped away at our projects over the years and have hired him with success every time. Most recently he rewired our last few knob and tube outlets and fixtures while we were away on vacation and left the place spotless and worked judiciously to minimize the amount of drywall and painting work (and came in under budget). Cisco just completed a job for our neighbor who had only good things to say.

Cisco electric is amazing! Frankie is a great scheduler and must treat his electricians well because they are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explain things well and keep to the schedule better than most people we work with. I very much appreciate their service.

We had a complete re-wiring at our recently purchased house and Cisco Electric did an excellent job: 1. Frankie came for initial assessment and he was very thorough. Although their final bid price came out more than some other bids, they actually covered most items and their per-item cost are either on-par or even lower than other bids, so we decided to go with them. 2. Noel and Frankie came to do the actual work and we were really satisfied with their work: a. they minimized the openings needed to be cut out in the drywall, and this helped us keeping the cost of repairing drywall down; b. they identified some small additional works needed and fixed them as well; c. they kept the place clean. 3.

They are very accommodating to our needs and requests. During the re-wiring work, I had drywall repairs guys coming in for estimate and they walked through the house with the drywall estimator. They also went above and beyond in helping us getting the electrical work inspected. Maria from their office also helped out. 4. They are honest with their work and charged us less when they realized that certain work in the initial bid were not needed.

With some additional work that need to be done, the final price came out about the same as the bid. Overall it was very experience working with Frankie and his team. I highly recommend them and would go to them for any future projects.
