From the start of the job to the finish of the job the technician was professional, courteous, and very skilled. He suggested things that I had not thought of for the project. Update: The Office Manager, Liz, ended up reaching out and helped up get a quote for the job. She's been really prompt in handling our account requests and making sure to provide follow up. We've been really happy with the level of service and maintenance since, it really helps to have a great point of contact.

I've had them do work for five different clients over the last 5 years. The first few jobs went OK, but the most recent three were a mess both in terms of communication as well as the billing process that followed. I had to hound them to get invoices for projects, to no avail. When they finally billed me SEVEN MONTHS LATER, they double-charged me for about half of the work.
No detail or descrptions provided on the invoices. My clients paid directly, and they're still hounding me for money for the same work. They're a mess. Just don't even go there.
